We’re glad to have you here. We offer customized furniture and services both online and in-store.

Our Products

• All our furniture is brand new and unused.
• We ensure product colors, dimensions, and photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and other factors. If you have any concerns, please ask before placing an order.
• Full payment is required before ownership transfers to the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Our team will bring the furniture to your home, unpack, assemble it in your chosen space, and remove packaging.
• Basic Delivery: The furniture will be delivered to your home or building entrance. You’ll need to bring it inside and assemble it if required.
• Delivery Time:
  
  • Regular orders: 8 working days
  • MDF items: 8–10 working days
  • Free delivery within UAE (except certain areas)
• Promotional Orders:
  
  • Free delivery for orders above AED 3000
  • Below AED 3000: Delivery charges apply
    
    • Abu Dhabi: AED 300
    • Fujairah: AED 250
    • Ras Al Khaimah: AED 200

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UAE, except for certain remote or restricted zones. If delivery is required in these areas, additional charges may apply.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 1 business day for free.
• After that, cancellations must follow our policy. If paid via Tabby, a 7% cancellation fee applies.

Damages & Repairs

• Coziness Home Furniture Trading LLC takes great care to deliver your furniture in perfect condition. However, if damage occurs, you must report it within 3 working days for a solution.
• Customized items are not returnable but can be repaired if needed.
• If damage is noted at the time of delivery, we will fix or replace the affected parts at no extra cost.

Important Notes

• Colors and finishes may look slightly different in person. Please review all details before ordering.
• Always measure your space before purchasing to ensure the furniture fits. If an item doesn’t fit and needs to be returned, cancellation policies will apply.
• While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or product description errors may occur. In such cases, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order.
