• Eligibility for Fixes: If the size and specifications remain unchanged, and only the color or minor design aspects were customized, we can make adjustments to resolve the issue.
Why No Refunds for Customized Items?
Customized products are tailored exclusively for you. Once manufactured, these items cannot be resold or repurposed due to their specific designs, colors, and dimensions. This policy ensures fairness and sustainability in our operations.
Non-Refundable Purchases
The following categories of items are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Assembled or Disassembled Items: Furniture cannot be returned once assembled or dismantled.
• Opened Sofas, Beds, or Installed MDF Furniture: Items that have been used or installed are non-returnable.
• Used Bedding: This includes bed linens, duvets, pillows, and pillow-tops for hygiene reasons.
• Mattresses and Upholstered Products: Any mattress or upholstered product without an intact law label is non-returnable.
• Made-to-Measure Products: Items manufactured on demand or according to specific measurements cannot be refunded or returned.
• Modified or Altered Products: Items altered, modified, or washed by the customer are not eligible for returns.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. Here’s how it works:
• Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, whether online or via a sales agent.
• Bank Charges Deduction: If a cancellation is made within the acceptable window, bank charges (depending on the transaction amount) will be deducted from the refund.
• No Refund for Customized Orders: Orders for customized items are not eligible for cash refunds, regardless of the cancellation timing.
